So I have been a bit behind on editing pictures the past month or so. I finally got finished editing some pictures from a session I had a month or so ago with my Cousin-In-Law's cute kids! One of which is my god daughter Laney - Love her! Enjoy your sneak peak Heather! Take a look...

Haley's Srapbook!

So as most of you know I love to scrapbook and I attend three weekend scrapbook getaways a year. This past March my Girl Friend and I went to the annual Spring Overnighter hosted by my Talented and oh so inspiring sister-in-law Sheri in Marshfield WI. I have yet to do any traditional scrapbooking for Haley yet (trying to get Reid caught up!) but I wanted to have something done special with her newborn photo shoots so I created a very simple 8x8 digital scrapbook. I thought I would share it with you, I just love it, I created it using Creative Memories Storybook Plus software, a awesome program.

So the last 2 weeks has been oh so fun.... Haley came down with a horrible cough and ear infection. She was give a nebulizer with two different meds and then amoxacylin (sp). She hated the nebulizer for the first week but has gotten used to it now, just look at that face. The poor thing, she was miserable. Shes starting to sound a bit better, but on Wed. this week she popped her first TOOTH! So perhaps this cold was due to that first tooth. CRAZY, Reid didn't pop his first tooth until he was 9 months so this is a bit yearly for me.

In hopes for a healthy and happy child...

Easter Sunday

Easter Bunny was good to us this year. Reid found both His basket and Haley's, of course hes just like his mom and went right for the candy. The Easter bunny also made a quick stop while we where at Church and left easter eggs filled with candy around our yard. Reid loved every min of it.

Both of the kids got new Hats for the summer season around the corner, love this hat on Haley.

Reid now also got new sun glasses so that he can be just like Dad! Not that he isnt already TOM!

Haley and her easter basket! She's just started to reach out and touch things and try to grab things. Not that she new what she was touching.

Well this is the best pic I got of the two of them. Why I can't get a 2 year old to look at the camera and smile I don't know. At one point I had both of them watching TV and ignoring me. All I can hope is one day I will get a good pic of these two together.

Easter Part 1

Ok so I know I was not good at posting in March but Im going to do better this month, I promise. I actually have lots to show you. The next two post are personal but fun. I thought I would share some from our Easter weekend with you. This is the Sat. before Easter. We of course had to color eggs (Reid loved it and had to do it all by him self, Mr. Independent now a days.)

SPRING Is HERE! HIP HIP HOORAY. WE got to spend some time outside on Sat. they originally said it was going to be raining all day but as you can see the sky's where blue and the sun was shinning. We did a ton of landscaping last year and are curious to see what has made it through the winter. This is a branch from one of our new trees that Tom planted mid summer last year, its blooming all over... LOVE IT.

My Dad is a big fan of Kites and so he brought his Kite and we got Reid's out as well it was the perfect day for kites.

Oh little Miss Haley... Shes getting so big and is full of smiles even through her horrible cold, you wouldn't know she had one looking at this picture.

It was Tom and I's 5th anniversary last Friday... 5 years I can't believe it, so much has changed 2 kids 3 houses and lots of toys and fun in between. We got to go out and celebrate Sat. night just the two of us as my parents stayed and watched the kids (it was a fun time).

I love her innocent look, I can finally put her hair in a clip now, I hope she loves her hair being done because I love doing hair, perhaps I missed my calling...

Lazy Sunday Afternoon's

I just love lazy Sunday afternoons. We watch movies, lay around on the living room floor and play with the kids. Haley is starting to want to be involved in things and loves to watch her Big Brother, so I prop her up on pillows on her belly and she just watches everything around her. I had gotten up to go get my camera and when I returned I found Reid putting all his play food around Haley and then he tried to feed her a play Hot dog. We are still working on pretending to eat play food and not actually trying to eat it. I can see where he gets confused, they make play food look so real.


Haley is getting so big! 3 months I can't believe it. Looks at those big eyes.

So I don't know that I have ever mentioned how I am in love with Ried's eyes but I am. I maybe partial to his eyes since he is my son, but look at this picture. I finally got him to sit still so that I could get a good close up of his eyes so that you can see what I mean. He's got almost 3-4 different colors in his eyes, there just amazing to me. I hope they never change.

I Heart Faces: Jump for Joy!

Hey everyone, I thought I would do something fun with this post. Theres a photo site I go to thats called "I Heart Faces", its a fun photography site and every monday/tue. they have a themed contest where you can submit a photo that fits that weeks theme and then they pick a winner each week.
